The new version of this app crops your pictures into a traditionally shaped panorama. What happened to the great jagged edges where I could decide if I wanted to crop or not?

I tried this app as a replacement for Auto Stitch, which was a fantastic panorama stitcher but is unfortunately no longer in production. This app gets two stars mostly on the basis of being the only app I could find that will at least attempt to stitch existing pictures together. The interface is clunky and the output quality is poor, low resolution. There is no settings area where you can adjust the output quality. Also, the "rate 5 stars" button that appears after every stitch is annoying.
I had used a previous version of this app long before iPhones offered to shoot panos using the Camera app. I had some new photos that I wanted to stitch and spent $2 on this new version. The interface is not optimized for the 6S+ and does not offer a way to obtain photos from the Camera Roll. Any pictures must be added to an album in Photos and then navigated to in the app (which is partly miserable due to Apples album organization). Once I finally got the photos selected, the app put way too much perspective in the stitching so the final product looks way off. This was a big disappointment.
I was very disappointed to see the low resolution in the final rendering. There are no resolution settings.
A waste of time. Fails to produce images in cases when it should, and images produced are distorted. I just tested the native iPhone panorama has less distortion. Makes me wonder if the rave reviews are insider plants. Just my opinion!
Autostitch has been around for at least five years and does a far better job. This interface is terrible. I do not want to share a finished panorama I just want to save it to my camera roll!
Dont waist your money on this app, it doesnt work as advertised.
Wouldnt stitch photos bc 30% overlap was required. I then cropped the photos to allow for the overlap and the app refused to allow me to upload the same photos again. Terrible experience.
This app has a terrible user interface. It is hard to select the photos you want to stitch. It is very finicky when stitching photos. It doesnt provide feedback about whats happening. I can barely stand using it, but there are no other options.
Fun to use
No resolution or quality options, cant even adjust the pano borders, and output is low quality!
Best panoramic stitch app
Do NOT buy this crap.... I really want my money back..!! No stars..!
Interface is much more complicated, not easy to save individual shots for use later
There used to be an app with the same name for $1 cheaper and was 100xs better. This app is way to basic and simple and doesnt do anything very well. Dont waste your money on this app. There are no settings or anything! Absolute trash of an app!
Worked perfectly for me. Simple and fast
On the PC, Ive been using Canon PhotoStitch for 14 years so I know how to make panoramas -- but, no matter what I do, I just cant make them here. This app is clunky, dated, and it doesnt work. How do I get my money back??
The stitching quality was good if you make sure to REALLY overlap the images at least 30%. My complaint is the the output file is SO low resolution that it isnt worth the trouble. A 3 row, 18 image pano only yielded a file 1080x810 pixels. Good app but really needs settings for resolution output. Should output at least 4K to be worth the effort! Will wait for an update...hopefully one will come soon!
tested with 5 pictures. Quality is very low (all blurred), alignement is not done properly, and application is way too long compared to other ones (even iphone integrated panorama does better)
We are using this tool on our present vacation....excellent little tool that is very user friendly. For best results, the pictures should overlap more than 50%. Top tool.
